Convil Group is seeking an experienced Excavator and Plant Operator to join our civil construction team in Sydney. You will operate excavators and associated plant across a range of projects, with a solid emphasis on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Essential qualifications include White Card, VOC, HR licence (manual), and RIIMPO320F excavator ticket; GPS experience is a plus. Roles involve trenching, loading, inspections, and occasional labour tasks.
