We are now looking for a motivated Cadet/Graduate/Junior Contract Administrator to join our team and help ensure the seamless administration of contracts across our growing project portfolio.

Role Overview:
n As a Cadet/Junior Contract Administrator, you will support the Contract Administrator and project management team in managing all aspects of contract administration for our construction projects. This is an ideal chance for a recent graduate or someone with some experience in the construction industry looking to grow your career in contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
n
Support the tracking of project timelines,
budgets, and contract milestones.
n
Help manage communication between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract compliance.
n
Maintain up-to-date contract documentation, including variations, extensions, and amendments.
n
Assist with progress claims, invoicing, and payment schedules.
n
Participate in regular site and project meetings to ensure contract obligations are being met.
n
Provide administrative support to the project team as required.
n
Collaborate with the finance team to monitor project costs and variations.
n

Skills and Qualifications:
n
n
A degree in Construction Management (preferred but not essential) or proven record as a Cadet/Graduate/Junior Contract Administrator.
n
Strong attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
Excellent organisational skills
n
Ability to read and interpret contract documents.
n
A keen interest in the construction industry and contract administration.
