Ethos are currently recruiting for a Strategy Manager to join a leading Financial Services organisation. The role would suitsomeone looking to make there first move from a top consulting firm with a broad strategy skill set and excellent problem solving skills.

This is a very broad role that will play an active role in strategy development, customer engagement strategy, product strategy and other growth focusedprojects.

Responsibilities

Play an active role in the development of the 5 year strategic plan
n
Lead and develop costumergrowth and engagement strategies
n
Perform complex analysis and present findings at executive level
n
Develop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support senior decision making across the business
n
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify competitive threats and recent business opportunities
n
Work with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to define business challenges and opportunities
n
Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
n
Evaluating M&A; opportunities acrossthe business
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Robust experience in a management consultancy or corporate strategy in financial services
n
Well developed
consulting/strategy
'tool kit'
n
Strong modelling skills and business case development experience
n
Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Law, with MBA/CFA qualifications desirable
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in-depth experience in presenting to various internal and external stakeholders.
n
