We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Tack Welders to join a busy steel fabrication factory. The role involves tack welding and assembling prefabricated steel cages and components in a production workplace.

Shift Times & Pay
n
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM - $40 per hour
n
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM - $46 per hour
n
Casual employment with full time hours available
n
Opportunity to become permanent

About the Role
n
Your duties will include:
n
Tack welding prefabricated steel cages
n
Positioning and assembling steel components accurately
n
Ensuring cages and steel assemblies are correctly aligned
n
Maintaining good welding quality and production standards
n
Using welding equipment and hand tools safely
n
Working as part of a production team
n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
About You
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n




Previous tack welding or steel fabrication experience
n
Experience working with steel cages or prefabricated steel components is highly regarded
n
Good attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment
n
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
n
Commitment to workplace safety
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
