Take control of day to day site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on programme and to specification.

A well established civil contractor with a strong pipeline of subdivision and bulk earthworks projects across Western Sydney. Projects include large scale residential developments, commercial subdivisions and associated civil infrastructure

Supervise daily site activities, crews, subcontractors and plant.
n
Coordinate bulk earthworks, drainage, services, roads and subdivision works.
n
Drive programme, productivity, safety and quality on site.
n
Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and subcontractors.
n
Identify and resolve site issues before they impact delivery.
n

Profile
n
n
Proven Site Supervisor experience with a civil contractor.




n
Robust background in bulk earthworks and subdivision projects.
n
Experience managing crews, subcontractors and large volumes of plant.
n
Able to read plans, manage programme requirements and run a site independently.
n
Practical, hands on and comfortable taking ownership of site delivery.
n
Must be an Australian Citizen / NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
