HammondCare in Sydney's St Leonards location is seeking a Credit Control & Debt Recovery Team Leader to oversee debt recovery across the organisation while maintaining high standards of care. The role reports to Finance and manages two direct reports, with hybrid working options.

You will implement compassionate debt collection strategies, monitor debtors with KPI-based reporting, and support Care Partners, Admissions and Finance to ensure productive credit control and customer service.
