Aruma is seeking an experienced Facilities Lead to manage property infrastructure, records, and admin support across our distributed portfolio in Northern NSW to Brisbane.

You will lead Facilities Officers and Customer Service Officers, oversee maintenance, contractor engagement, compliance with WHS, building codes, and lease obligations, and drive continuous improvement.

This role requires a tertiary FM qualification, 10+ years in facilities and property management, and willingness to travel.
