VINCI Building UK seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery from feasibility to completion. You will own contract administration, cost control and procurement, with NEC contract experience preferred, to maintain commercial control of work packages.

Based with the London & South regional team, you will ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and to the highest quality, while supporting value engineering and robust reporting.
