About the Opportunity
Whether you are an aspiring
Sales Associate
looking to develop your skills while working alongside experienced New Home Sales Consultants, or an established
New Home Sales Consultant
ready to hit the ground running and deliver results, we are open to candidates at different stages of their sales career.
You will be joining a high-performing sales environment where you will be supported by a strong internal team at the headquarters, quality product and an established Queensland residential building brand.

You will ideally have:
Demonstrated ability as a successful in new home sales
Skilled in client relationship management, with well-developed negotiation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to provide a smooth journey from sale to contract
Your self-drive, focus and determination will be key to your success in this role.
A self-driven, motivated and results-focused approach.
The ability to work weekends and within display home trading hours.
A cooperative and qualified attitude.
