Kool Beanz Academy in Mackay is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to support and lead a team within a warm, home-like setting. You will implement play-based programs aligned with EYLF, build robust partnerships with families and the local community, and help the centre meet National Quality Standards.
