RDO Equipment Sydney is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead the workshop day‐to‐day, deliver excellent customer service, and promote a secure, productive setting.

You will report to the Service Manager, assign jobs to technicians, coordinate training for apprentices, monitor workflow, and support warranty and WIP processes while maintaining high quality standards. A Mechanical Trade background is preferred, with solid leadership and communication skills.
