BIC Consolidated is a leading provider of cleaning services and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Manager who can join our team in Northern NSW, Central Coast & Newcastle.

What you'll do:
n
Be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the site/sites, including ensuring the performance of contracts, meeting all relevant contract and Company KPI's, handling of complaints and dealing with employment related matters.

Liaise with your direct report to establish the budgets for Operations. Follow up the budget on a regular basis and make the necessary adjustments to existing contracts.

Be the first point of contact for Clients and liaise with Clients to build, maintain and enhance solid long-term relationships.
n




Control attendance of employees at the various worksites and make the necessary arrangements to cover the job when, for any reason, a cleaner fails to show up for work.
n
Provide the necessary training and support for new and existing managers and supervisors, with focus on maintaining the Company's strategic goals.
n
Monitor and report on performance of contracted services such as waste removal and window cleaning and ensure they are complying with the Company's Operating Systems.

Personal Attributes and Skills:
n
You must possess sound knowledge and understanding of operations in the cleaning industry and have exceptional customer service, along with the ability to set goals, lead and develop others.

Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Solid influencer and the ability to build relationships.
n
Managerial and leadership skills.
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial cleaning operations at Supervisory or Management level.
n
Robust computer skills and ability to use operational systems
n
Understanding of the
cleaningspecifications
relevant to each site.

Identification of customer needs andchallenges.
n
Ability to travel within assigned regions.
