Job Description
Centenary Tavern in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our Restaurant team. This full time role focuses on premium service, weekend entertainment and elevating the guest experience.

You will be on the floor, manage the bistro and events, ensure high standards, and train staff. RSA/RSG required; RMLV and First Aid preferred. Roles include adaptable rosters and no open/close shifts.
