Property Manager | Kogarah Area | $100K!

We're working with a highly established and successful real estate group in the St George area that is looking for a confident Property Manager to join their growing team.
n
This is a genuinely well-supported role where you can focus on managing your portfolio, building solid client relationships and delivering excellent service — without being pulled in every direction.

The Role
n
n
Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties
n
Manage landlord and tenant relationships
n
Handle arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters
n
Issue notices and breaches as required
n
Monitor tenant accounts
n
Conduct onsite meetings with owners and tenants when required
n
Dedicated full-time Leasing Consultant, Support with inspections, Shared PM Administrator and Receptionist for support!
n
Deliver exceptional customer service
n

Previous Property Management experience
n
Current Certificate of Registration
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
A proactive, customer-focused approach
n
Property Tree experience is advantageous
