Body Technician – Fix Auto Brisbane

n Reports to: Workshop Manager

Fix Auto Brisbane is part of a qualified collision repair network delivering high-quality repair work, every time. We are looking for an experienced Body Technician who knows their trade and takes pride in precision work.

What You'll Do
n

Review repair orders and plan repair methods
n
Repair and replace panels, structural components, frames and underbody parts to OEM standards
n
Straighten frames using pulling/anchoring equipment
n
Fill, grind, sand and finish repaired surfaces
n
Perform welding and plastic repair where required
n
Work closely with the paint department for efficient workflow
n
Fit and refit interior trims and components as needed
n
Conduct quality checks and test drives
n
Complete paperwork accurately and follow workshop safety standards
n

What You'll Bring

Automotive body repair trade qualification (required)

2+ years of body repair / collision shop experience
n
Robust technical knowledge in structural and cosmetic repair

Ability to work independently and keep to job timelines
