Alder Group is expanding our team in Ballina, NSW, and we are seeking a Junior Contracts Administrator. You will support tendering, analyse quotations, and help manage budgets and programmes across diverse commercial construction projects in Northern NSW.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in contract administration, are proficient with site inspections, variations, and claims, and can communicate effectively with stakeholders. Procore experience is advantageous.
