Job Description
One Door Mental Health is seeking a Recovery Coach/Support Coordinator for a 12-month full time contract across South West Sydney. You will support consumers to navigate their NDIS plans, build independence, and connect with housing, health and education services.

You'll travel across South West Sydney and Illawarra regions, work within a multidisciplinary team, and help people achieve their goals through strengths-based, recovery-oriented support.
