The Old Synagogue Fremantle is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Tonic + Ginger to support a busy 110-seat dining operation. You will lead service, balance wage budgets with guest expectations, and drive staff development in a high-energy workplace.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role, possess excellent communication, and hold a WA RSA certificate with full Australian working rights. Weekend nights and shifts are expected.
