THE ROLE:

Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts
n
Develop and refine recipes and dessert menus
n
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation
n
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
n
Manage ingredient inventory and ordering
n
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standard
n
n
ABOUT YOU:
n
n
Experience in pastry or bakery production
n
Knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation
n
Creativity and attention to detail
n
Time management and ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen
n
n
The following is required for success in these roles:

A strong working knowledge of HACCP and food handling requirements
n
Previous exposure to high volume restaurants or event spaces
n
Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
