GRANATA'S is seeking an experienced lead barista for our busy, high-volume cafe in central Sydney. You will set the standard for every coffee, lead during peak service, manage stock and inventory, and mentor junior staff while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include machine calibration, maintenance scheduling, opens/closes, cash handling, and strict adherence to food safety standards. Weekend availability is essential for this role.
