Job Description
Barwon Health's Swanston Centre is seeking an experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, Clinical Specialist to provide advanced clinical leadership within our acute inpatient mental health service. You will work with the NUM, CNC and ANUMs to support high quality, recovery-oriented care and build nursing capability.

Role includes supervision, education and driving practice improvements, with prospects to influence Safewards and contemporary recovery-oriented practice.
