Palliative Care NSW is seeking a Specialist Palliative Care CNS2 for the Broken Hill Community Specialist Palliative Care Team. The position is contracted for a maximum of 12 months, with experienced staff welcome to apply for 3-month-plus contracts.
The appointee will provide skilled assessment and management of life-limiting illness, participate in nurse-led clinics, support care coordination, and mentor other health specialists within a multidisciplinary team.
