You will work with adult clients, with some paediatric overflow, on a wide-ranging caseload including home modifications and functional capacity assessments.
Based in Moorabbin, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and support clients across NDIS, DVA, WorkCover/TAC, private and Medicare pathways.
