Shift4, formerly Smartpay, is growing its Merchant Assist team in Sydney. This in office, full time role supports Shift4's customers by resolving escalated merchant queries, troubleshooting product usage, and maintaining accurate merchant records.
You will work with a close-knit team, focus on customer success, identify upselling opportunities, and become an expert on Shift4's offerings while maintaining qualified, empathetic service during every interaction.
