Quick Response Carers in Bundaberg, QLD, is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage NDIS/NIISQ and aged care supports. You will engage with participants, families and advocates, coordinate rosters, match workers to clients, and drive service delivery with a focus on outcomes.

You will use Shiftcare to streamline billing and records, conduct regular reviews, and participate in after-hours on-call shifts. A Diploma or higher in community services or related field is preferred, along with NDIS
