Join a high-performing independent agency in Ryde as a Sales & Marketing Administrator, supporting a team of four successful sales agents. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator looking to join a professional team with a strong reputation and supportive environment.

About the Role:

- Monday-Friday
- Support a team of 4 Sales Agents
- Manage sales administration from listing through to settlement
- Prepare listing presentations, auction packs and sales documentation
- Ensure compliance across all sales files
- Coordinate with vendors, solicitors, valuers, building & pest inspectors and council
- Organise property access, photography, inspections and open homes
- Prepare Saturday open and auction packs
- Assist with marketing and general sales support

About You:

- Previous experience in real estate sales administration or reception




- Strong understanding of the property sales process
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Polished, professional and confident when dealing with clients
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR) is preferred
