St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne's Health Care for the Homeless (HfTH) program seeks a Personal Care Supervisor to lead The Cottage, a five-bed facility delivering nursing and personal care to people experiencing homelessness with complex health and psychosocial needs. The role provides day-to-day leadership and oversees staffing, referrals and occupancy.

The Cottage works with a multidisciplinary team to ensure secure, responsive, person-centred care within a home-like workplace.
