The Building Commission NSW is seeking a Senior Assessment Officer – Complaints Directorate to lead the Compliance Assessment Team, handle high-volume complaints and determine regulatory actions in NSW. You will mentor staff, review outcomes, and work closely with colleagues to improve controls and ensure timely, effective regulatory responses.
