Independence Australia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in NSW to lead daily operations on the warehouse floor. You will coordinate receiving, picking, packing and dispatch while guiding casual staff and ensuring safety compliance.

You will manage stock movements, conduct stocktakes, and liaise with internal teams and freight providers to optimise deliveries and performance metrics. A forklift licence and Certificate III in Warehousing are highly regarded.
