We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing & Tenders Coordinator to join our growing engineering and project delivery businesses.
n
This is a varied role combining tender administration, marketing, client engagement, compliance and event coordination, with the opportunity to contribute directly to business growth.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Monitoring tender portals, identifying opportunities and coordinating tender submissions
n
Maintaining tender registers, documentation and submission schedules
n
Preparing capability statements, company profiles and tender brochures
n
Managing social media and supporting marketing campaigns
n
Maintaining CRM and client communication records
n
Managing client insurance certificates and compliance requirements
n
Coordinating training courses, workshops, presentations and events
n
Supporting business development initiatives and marketing activities
n
n
About you:




n
n
Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
n
Experience in administration, marketing, tenders or business development
n
Excellent written communication, proofreading and attention to detail
n
Robust organisation and time-management skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
n
Experience with social media platforms
n
Canva, Adobe InDesign or similar experience is desirable
n
Confident building relationships with clients and stakeholders
n
n
Desirable:
n
n
Experience in engineering, construction, consulting or skilled services, government tendering, client compliance portals, or event/training coordination.
n
n
