City of Ryde is seeking a Casual Waste Administrator to support waste and resource recovery services during the transition to the FOGO program. You will assist residents by phone, email and in person, coordinate requests, and help with quotes, invoices and records.

This role suits an organized administrator with robust customer service focus and a current Class C Driver Licence. TAFE certificate in Administration is preferred, with Merit CRM and Content Manager experience valued.
