Harbourfront Hotel in South Townsville, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. You will prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard and help run day-to-day operations in a busy hotel kitchen.

We require a Commercial Cookery qualification and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with solid food safety, portion control and cost awareness. Experience in seafood or contemporary Australian cuisine is highly regarded.
