SMILES Morayfield is looking for a motivated, caring and reliable Casual Dental Assistant to join our team.
n
This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clinicians, building relationships with patients and being part of a team that genuinely cares about delivering a great patient experience.

Saturday availability is essential for this role.
n
As a Dental Assistant, you'll be an important part of the team, supporting our clinicians and helping create a positive experience for every patient.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n

Providing chairside assistance to clinicians
n
Preparing surgeries and equipment for patients
n
Sterilising instruments and maintaining excellent infection control standards
n
Supporting clinicians during a range of dental procedures
n
Providing warm and friendly patient care
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinical environment
n
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not essential – we're happy to train the right candidate!
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and skilled manner.
n
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
n
Familiarity with dental software is a bonus, but not required.
n
