Transparent Dental City is seeking a proactive, positive, and efficient Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at our City practice.

About the Role

You will provide reception and some chairside assistance support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients in a fast-paced yet highly supportive clinical environment.
n
With potential to be promoted to manager.
n
Work schedule:
n
n
5 days per week (adaptable for the right candidate)
n
Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
n
Full training provided for the right applicant
n
n
What We Are looking for
n
n
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
n
Excellent customer service skills
n
Strong time management and multitasking ability
n
Experience with Dental 4 Windows software
n
Be able to process Hicaps claims and Eftpos transactions
n




Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
n
Genuine interest in the dental industry
n
Minimum 1 year of dental experience a must.
