The Excellent Aussie Bush Camp is seeking a Catering Team Leader to provide hands-on leadership, oversee daily kitchen operations, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
In this role, you will lead and support Catering Assistants, Cooks and Kitchen Hands during daily service, prepare and serve high-quality meals across multiple daily meal services and ensure dietary requirements are accurately managed and safely delivered.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in a high-volume catering or hospitality environment, has previous team leadership or supervisory experience and demonstrates a strong food safety knowledge and attention to detail.
