Take on a key leadership role within an established community aged care service, supporting teams to deliver secure, responsive and high-quality care to older Australians living at home.

This is a broad position for an experienced clinical leader who enjoys developing people, improving services and providing direction across complex care, while having the autonomy to make a genuine impact.

Leading, coaching and developing healthcare teams

Providing direction around complex care and service matters

Promoting safe, consistent and high-quality clinical practice

Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery

Supporting quality, safety and effective risk management

About you: We're looking for an experienced clinical leader with strong clinical judgement, people leadership and a practical approach to service delivery.
n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
Leadership experience within aged care, community services or healthcare
n
Experience leading and developing clinical teams
n
Confidence managing complex clinical and service matters
n
Robust understanding of quality, safety and contemporary care
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
n
Community aged care or home care experience will be highly regarded, however solid residential aged care and healthcare leaders are also encouraged to apply.
