Ingenia Communities seeks a proactive Community Manager for Lara Lifestyle, a welcoming over-50s community near Geelong. You will lead daily operations, coordinate services, and deliver a high level of resident experience while building robust relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage budgets, occupancy, tenancy, and mentor the in office team to ensure service excellence and protected, compliant operations across the community.
