What You Will Do:

Establish, roll out, and maintain a fit-for-purpose, risk-managed, best-practice aligned portfolio delivery framework.

Consolidate portfolio status, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions across the technology landscape.
n
Prepare high-level material supporting executive governance forums, including reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc updates.
n
Monitor project delivery health, schedule performance, financial forecasting, and key milestones across projects and programs.
n
Work with project managers, program managers, and leaders to improve visibility, supporting assurance and stage gate activities.
