Junee Shire Council is seeking a motivated and experienced Environmental, Waste & Sewer Coordinator to join its Engineering Services team.

In this role, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of Council’s sewer network, treatment systems and waste functions, while contributing to strategic planning and environmental initiatives across the Shire.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate environmental, waste and sewer operations
- Lead and support operational staff and contractors
- Manage wastewater and reuse systems to meet regulatory requirements
- Provide technical advice and support Council projects
- Assist with environmental planning and assessments

About You:

- Qualifications in Environmental Management
- Strong leadership and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of WHS and environmental legislation
- Experience with GIS desirable
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence and White Card
