WesTrac is seeking a Technical Trainer (Pre-Trade Trainer) to train, mentor and assess apprentices at our South Guildford site. You will deliver hands-on training, guide and support learners, and ensure records and assessments align with WesTrac and RTO standards.
Ideal candidates hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or are progressing towards it, with experience in automotive or mobile plant trades. A robust safety focus and passion for developing others are essential.
