Job Description
Thomas Adams Solicitors' are seeking an experienced conveyancing clerk to join our legal practice in St Marys NSW. This is a preferably full time role that will see you playing a key part in our property law team, providing expert guidance and support to our valued clients throughout conveyancing transactions.

What you'll be doing
n

Assisting clients with all aspects of property transactions, including contract preparation, title searches, settlement procedures and post-completion matters
n
Liaising with external stakeholders such as real estate agents, lenders and government authorities
n
Managing an organized and efficient workload to meet tight deadlines
n
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
conveyancing clerk in NSW with experience in property law and conveyancing for preferably a full time role (may consider part time)
n
knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation and PEXA processes
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to explain in writing and verbally, complex legal matters in clear, client-friendly language
n
Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize a varied workload
n
