Peabody is hiring a Product Manager – CRM to own the CRM product roadmap, priorities and outcomes, shaping how Microsoft Dynamics 365 is leveraged to deliver value for residents and communities.

You will work with senior stakeholders and external partners to balance user needs, business priorities and technical constraints, driving measurable improvements in resident experience, colleague effectiveness and operational performance.

Robust communication & report writing skills + client centred approach. Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
