The Reject Shop is expanding into Dollarama Australia and seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Victoria. You will work hands-on on the floor, lead the team alongside the Store Manager, and step up when they are away.
This role offers a real path to running your own store as the business grows. We roster without Sunday hours, offer three days off in a row every second weekend, and provide structured development to help you progress toward Store Manager.
