Deacon Recruitment is seeking a Cadet Building Supervisor for a respected residential volume builder in the Logan area.
You will work with a Senior Supervisor and Construction Manager to oversee project homes and coordinate trades and materials.
The role includes QA reporting prior to handover, robust communication and organisational skills, training and support, and a fully maintained company vehicle.
An above industry salary package (A$100k–120k + super) with *k bonuses and weekly pay
