You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure exceptional service in a 7-day trading workplace.
You will oversee staffing, inventory, policy implementation, and performance while collaborating with regional and corporate teams to drive growth and profitability.
This is a full time role focused on leadership and customer care.
