J.Wyndham Prince in Newcastle–Mainland NSW is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to own the workshop and drive production operations.
You will be responsible for keeping production on track, ensuring quality workmanship and meeting customer requirements.
The role requires leading a manufacturing or heavy engineering workshop, interpreting drawings, and managing schedules and resources.
A Boilermaker trade qualification is preferred, with a proactive leadership style and solid WHS focus.
