Job Description
Xylem is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead the sourcing, review and submission of bids for contracts and prospects across Australia and Recent Zealand.
You will ensure bids are technically sound, commercially viable and aligned to customer requirements, working with Sales, Product Marketing, Applications and Engineering.
You will coordinate internal and external bids, prepare costings, and support CRM pipelines while driving profitable outcomes and customer satisfaction.
