Job Description
ResProp Management is seeking a proactive Leasing Manager to lead the leasing consultants and drive occupancy across our residential communities in Melbourne.
You will manage leases from tour to move-in, maintain resident ledgers, and address service issues to ensure top resident satisfaction.
The role requires at least one year of leasing experience, a customer-centric approach, and robust communication.
A willingness to work weekends/holidays and proficiency with property management software
