Empire Group is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join our leading Australian finance practice on a contract basis.
The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating syndicated facility agreements and related security documents, working alongside a highly regarded partner.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years PQE from a reputable firm, solid experience in global loans or leveraged finance, and excellent drafting and transaction management skills.
