Workfast is currently seeking experienced Trade Assistants to join the team at Duratec for a major project in Mt Isa.

This is an excellent chance for experienced Trade Assistants to secure project/DIDO work, supporting trades across a range of site-based duties. Candidates will need strong hands‐on experience, a good understanding of site safety and the ability to work long shifts in a remote environment.

We are looking for candidates with:
n
n
Previous experience as a Trade Assistant in civil construction, mining or industrial environments
n
Robust hands‐on site experience supporting trades
n
Experience with general labouring, site preparation and material handling
n
Valuable safety awareness and a strong work ethic
n




Ability to work 12-hour shifts and commit to a 13-day fortnight
n
Willingness to travel and work away from home
n
Ability to commit to approximately 70 days working away
n
Location: Mt Isa, QLD

Start: Immediate

Rate: $* per hour
n
Roster: 13-day fortnights

Shifts: 12 hours

Project: Approx. 70 days
